  • Any disputes with customers must be handled professionally.

5. Delivery & Logistics

For delivery agents and logistics partners:

  • Accept and fulfill orders responsibly and within time.
  • Follow safety and conduct guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate tracking and order updates.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, natural causes, or third-party issues — but we work to resolve problems quickly.

6. Payments & Refunds

  • All payments are handled through secure payment gateways.
  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
  • Refunds or cancellations are subject to the vendor's individual policy and our dispute resolution rules.
  • We are not liable for payment disputes between users and vendors outside the platform.

7. Jobs & Hiring

  • Job seekers must upload accurate profiles.
  • Employers must offer genuine job postings.
  • Apni Desi Dukaan is not responsible for employment contracts or post-hiring issues.
  • We reserve the right to remove suspicious job posts or fake profiles.

8. Data Privacy & Security

  • We collect and use personal data according to our Privacy Policy.
  • We implement security measures to protect user data.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
  • We do not sell personal information to third parties.

9. Intellectual Property
