Important Notice

By accessing or using ADDies platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Trade. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Trade ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ADDies (operated by AppZeno Web Services), governing your use of our platform.

By using ADDies, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms
  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws
  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
  • If registering as a vendor, you have authority to bind your business

2. Definitions

Platform

The ADDies website, mobile application, and all related services

Vendor

Any business or individual selling products/services on ADDies

Customer

Any individual purchasing products/services through ADDies

Delivery Partner

Independent contractors providing delivery services

Product

Any goods, services, or digital content listed on the platform

Order

A confirmed purchase transaction through the platform

3. Vendor Terms & Obligations

3.1 Registration & Verification

  • Vendors must provide accurate business information and documents
  • All vendors undergo verification before activation
  • Vendors must maintain valid licenses and permits

3.2 Product Listings

  • Products must be accurately described with correct pricing
  • Images must represent the actual product being sold
  • Prohibited items cannot be listed (illegal, hazardous, counterfeit)

3.3 Commission & Fees

Platform Commission: 8-15% per transaction

Payment Gateway Fees: 2-3% as applicable

4. Customer Terms & Responsibilities

4.1 Account Usage

  • Customers are responsible for maintaining account security
  • Multiple accounts per person are not permitted
  • Accurate delivery information must be provided

4.2 Order Placement

By placing an order, customers agree to pay the total amount including product price, delivery charges, and applicable taxes. Orders are subject to vendor acceptance and product availability.

5. Delivery & Returns Policy

5.1 Delivery Terms

Standard Delivery

15-45 minutes in serviceable areas

Delivery Charges

₹20-50 based on distance & vendor

5.2 Returns & Refunds

  • Damaged/defective items: Full refund within 24 hours of delivery
  • Wrong items delivered: Replacement or full refund
  • Perishable items: No returns unless quality issues
  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days

6. Payment Terms

Cards

Net Banking

Cash on Delivery

Payment Processing:

  • • All payments are processed through secure payment gateways
  • • Vendor payouts: Every Monday for previous week's orders
  • • Minimum payout threshold: ₹100
  • • Settlement time: 2-3 business days after payout initiation

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Sale of illegal, counterfeit, or stolen goods
Fraudulent transactions or chargebacks
Harassment or abuse of users/staff
Spamming or unauthorized marketing
Price manipulation or unfair practices
Violation of intellectual property rights
Sharing false or misleading information
Circumventing platform fees or policies

⚠️ Violation may result in account suspension, legal action, and reporting to authorities.

8. Liability & Dispute Resolution

8.1 Platform Liability

ADDies acts as an intermediary platform. We are not liable for product quality, vendor conduct, or delivery issues beyond our reasonable control. Our maximum liability is limited to the transaction value.

8.2 Dispute Resolution

Resolution Process:

  1. Report dispute through platform within 48 hours
  2. ADDies mediates between parties for amicable resolution
  3. If unresolved, binding arbitration in Sankeshwar, Karnataka
  4. Jurisdiction: Courts of Karnataka, India

8.3 Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify ADDies against claims arising from their use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
